If you are unhappy with the product of service you have received then please contact us to resolve the problem. We aim to reply to our customer complaints within 7 working days. All complaints must be in written form, either in a letter or email sent to email@example.com.
We do not accept returns on products unless there is a problem with the item. We sell perishable goods and are therefore do not accept returns past a seven day period. We will assess each return on an individual basis. Refunds and gift vouchers will only be issued where we deem it is necessary.
We do not substitute products, if the requested product is unavailable then customers will have to select something else.
If a refund is required then it will be made via Paypal to the same card that made the purchase. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Orders cancelled by the customer will be refunded if the products have not yet been made or delivered. If the products have already been made then a fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
